Privacy Policy - InBalance

Effective Date: April 25, 2026

Operator: Eunoia Technologies LLC

Privacy Contact: inbalance@eunoiatechnologies.io

This Privacy Policy explains how Eunoia Technologies LLC collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you use InBalance, visit https://eunoiatechnologies.io/, contact us, or otherwise interact with services that link to this policy.

What InBalance Does

InBalance is a California-first tax compliance mobile app for California full-year resident self-employed individuals, with optional support for calendar-year one-person California LLC workflows on supported in-app timing paths. It helps users calculate obligations, track payments, store proof, receive reminders, and export app data.

InBalance does not file tax returns, connect to bank accounts, access financial institutions, move money, or process tax payments inside the app. Payments are made through official government payment sites, which have their own terms, privacy practices, and security controls.

Cookies, Website Analytics, and reCAPTCHA

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember cookie choices, analyze website traffic, and improve the website experience. The website may store a visitor identifier and campaign parameters when you accept cookies.

Our website contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to reCAPTCHA.

We do not currently use advertising pixels, SDKs, custom audiences, or similar tools for third-party targeted advertising, retargeting, or cross-context behavioral advertising. If we add those tools later, we will update this policy before or when they are launched.

Google API Services

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, protect the service, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our terms.

If you delete your account in the app or request deletion from us, we will delete or de-identify personal information from active systems as required by applicable law, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and technical limitations. Deleting your account removes account profile data, tax profile data, payment records, proof uploads, reminder settings, device tokens, weekly funding cycles, weekly funding check-ins, and stored analytics associated with the account from active systems.

If you signed in with Google, InBalance keeps a one-way hashed Google account marker in a minimal trial-redemption ledger after account deletion only to prevent repeated free trials.

Website contact inquiries and support emails are retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

If you subscribed through Google Play, deleting your InBalance account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. You must cancel separately in Google Play.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent or object to certain processing where applicable law provides those rights.

You may exercise privacy rights by contacting us at inbalance@eunoiatechnologies.io. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You may also delete your account directly in the app from Settings > Delete account.

You can control push notifications through the app and your device settings. You can control website cookies through the website cookie banner and browser settings.

California Privacy Notice

California privacy rights may include the right to know/access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of personal information, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of children under 16.

California's "Shine the Light" law permits California residents to request information about certain disclosures of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. You may submit that request by contacting us at inbalance@eunoiatechnologies.io.
