Account Deletion

Delete in the app

Open InBalance and go to Settings > Delete account.

If you cannot access the app

Email inbalance@eunoiatechnologies.io from the email address linked to your InBalance account. Use the subject "InBalance Account Deletion Request" and include the email address used to sign in.

What deletion removes

Account and tax-profile data, payment records, proof uploads, Payday Pulse cycles and check-ins, reminder settings, device tokens, and account-linked analytics events are removed from active systems. Limited data may be retained only for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, backup, or technical compliance.

Store subscriptions

Deleting your InBalance account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in the store where you subscribed.
