Effective October 14, 2026
Fitsake is provided by Eunoia Technologies LLC. For privacy questions or requests, email admin@eunoiatechnologies.io.
Your outfit photos, titles, notes, tags, pieces, optional piece locations, plans, wear records, trip details and packing checklists are stored in Fitsake on your device. Selected photos are copied into app storage, so deleting a camera-roll original does not intentionally remove Fitsake's saved copy. We do not upload this wardrobe content to RevenueCat or an app-operated server.
There is no Fitsake account, automatic wardrobe backup or cloud sync. Deleting the app or clearing its data deletes the local library. Device backups are separate and depend on your operating system and settings. We cannot recover your wardrobe from a subscription receipt.
Bulk import reads the photos you select and, where available, their capture date to suggest an editable outfit date. It stores that date, not the complete EXIF record, and does not create an actual wear record.
Appearance and Seasonal look are separate preferences stored only on your device. They are not sent to a server or included in wardrobe exports. System appearance follows your device setting; the season follows the device's local date. Local prompt and day markers support app behavior without a remote analytics identity.
Export copies your photos and metadata, including trip plans and packing checklists, to a folder or provider you choose. That provider may store or transmit the exported files. Keep the whole folder. Restoring a backup replaces the current local library only after you confirm.
Share outfit creates a local image containing the cover photo and Fitsake wordmark. Share week includes the planned dates and cover photos shown in its preview. Share combinations includes the piece name, displayed outfit count and up to six linked cover photos. These cards do not include outfit titles, notes, tags or actual-wear history.
You preview the card and choose its destination in the system share sheet. The destination controls further storage or sharing. A temporary card can remain in the device cache while another app uses it and is subject to operating-system cache cleanup. Deleting an outfit or uninstalling Fitsake does not delete copies shared, exported or backed up elsewhere.
Apple or Google handles Fitsake Plus payments. RevenueCat helps validate purchases, maintain subscription access and measure the offer. It processes store receipts or purchase tokens, subscription status, a generated purchase identifier, paywall impressions and technical information such as device platform, app version, locale and country. RevenueCat derives country from the connection's IP address and documents discarding the raw IP after that step. Billing connects when the configured app opens, including for Free users who have not purchased Plus.
We use this information to provide and restore eligible subscription access, administer purchases, handle related support and understand how the subscription offer is used. These records are separate from wardrobe content. We do not collect payment-card details ourselves or add advertising identifiers, your email address or other customer contact attributes to RevenueCat.
Canceling or letting Plus expire does not delete existing outfits or block export or archive restore. Restore Purchases restores eligible access through the original store account, not your wardrobe. Apple and Google subscriptions do not automatically transfer between stores.
RevenueCat acts as a service provider for our purchase processing. Apple and Google also handle store records under their own terms and privacy policies. Provider processing can take place outside your country, including in the United States; applicable provider agreements govern that processing and its safeguards. See RevenueCat's privacy information and data processing terms.
Send feedback opens a message form in Fitsake. The draft stays on your device for the current app session. Continue in email opens your email app with your message, app version and platform; you review and send it. We do not automatically attach photos, wardrobe details or raw logs.
If you email us, we receive your sender address, message and anything you choose to attach. Our support email uses Microsoft-hosted email, alongside the provider you use to send your message. We use correspondence to respond to your request, troubleshoot problems and administer related privacy or billing requests. Photos and backups are not needed for an initial request. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.
These pages are part of our company website, hosted by GoDaddy. Website requests and hosting tools process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, pages visited and request times to deliver, secure and measure the site. The website uses cookies and similar technologies, including a visitor identifier and campaign parameters when you accept cookies. Use the website's cookie controls and your browser settings to manage your choices. These website records are separate from your local wardrobe in Fitsake.
If you use the company website's contact form, we receive the information you submit. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA for abuse prevention. See GoDaddy's Privacy Notice, Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Terms. You can contact Fitsake directly by email without using the website form.
Optional wardrobe-activity analytics is not enabled, so those events are not sent. RevenueCat purchase processing and paywall measurement are separate from that optional feature. Fitsake has no advertising, session replay, screen recording, AI processing or automatic wardrobe upload.
Local wardrobe data remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app's data. A deleted trip removes its plans and packing checklist but keeps its saved outfits and pieces. You control separate exports and backups through the destinations you chose.
We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to resolve the request, handle related disputes, maintain necessary support records, and meet applicable legal or security obligations. We delete or de-identify it when those purposes no longer require it, subject to necessary provider backup and retention processes.
Purchase and technical records are retained as needed to maintain and restore subscription access, administer billing, address refunds or disputes, prevent misuse, and meet applicable obligations. We handle deletion requests for records under our control through the relevant provider. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Microsoft and GoDaddy may separately retain records for their applicable legal, security, backup or service obligations. Uninstalling Fitsake does not erase those records or cancel a store subscription.
Purchase-service data is transmitted using encrypted connections. Support and subscription administration use access-controlled provider accounts. Avoid sending sensitive material that is not needed to resolve your request. Files you export or share are protected according to the destination you choose.
You can edit or delete local wardrobe items in Fitsake and export your library without a subscription. Because that content is local, support cannot remotely retrieve or delete it. Delete shared copies and backups through their respective destinations.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, or complain to your local data protection authority. Email admin@eunoiatechnologies.io to make a request or ask about these rights. We assess requests under applicable law and explain any relevant limitations or retention requirements.
We need to identify the relevant record and verify ownership before disclosing or deleting personal information. For purchase requests, we may ask for the Fitsake order or transaction number from your Apple or Google receipt and information needed to match the purchase. An order number helps locate a record; it does not by itself establish ownership. Do not send a full receipt unless requested, and hide unrelated purchases and payment details.
Fitsake has no account, so your support email is not automatically linked to an anonymous purchase identifier. We may be unable to identify an anonymous billing record, particularly if you have not made a purchase. We will explain what we can identify and what further information, if any, is needed; we do not promise that an email address alone can locate every record. Store records and subscription cancellation remain separate from deletion requests to us.
Fitsake is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact admin@eunoiatechnologies.io so we can review the request and address information under our control.
We update this page when our practices change and show the effective date above. For help, see Fitsake Support. For questions about this policy, contact Eunoia Technologies LLC at admin@eunoiatechnologies.io.
