Fitsake Terms of Use

Fitsake is a personal outfit library. You can save photos, link reusable pieces, find outfits, plan a week or trip, record actual wears, and create a backup or share card. Only add or share content you have the right to use. You keep your rights to your photos and other content.

Your wardrobe is stored on your device. Fitsake does not provide an account, automatic wardrobe backup or cloud sync. Deleting the app or clearing its data deletes the local library. Your device's own backups are separate and depend on its settings.

Use Backup & restore to keep a separate copy, and keep the complete exported folder. Restoring a backup replaces the current device library after you confirm. We cannot recover a local archive from a subscription receipt. Sharing or exporting sends copies to destinations you choose; Fitsake cannot remove copies held by those destinations.

Free includes up to 10 outfits currently saved and every feature. Pieces, search, tags, favorites, editing, planning, sharing, export and archive restore remain available without Plus. Deleting an outfit frees a place.

Fitsake Plus adds unlimited saved outfits. Choose a monthly or annual subscription. The annual plan is selected initially, and the store shows your applicable local price, billing period and full annual charge before you confirm a purchase. The annual plan is charged in full each year. There is no additional free trial or lifetime plan, and Fitsake has no advertising.

Apple or Google handles payment. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the store where you subscribed. Cancellation stops renewal; Plus remains available through the paid period, subject to the store's refund or revocation rules. Manage your subscription from Fitsake Settings or your store's subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

When Plus expires, existing outfits remain accessible. Export and archive restore remain available, including a valid backup with more than 10 outfits. An active Plus subscription is required only to add another outfit while 10 or more are currently saved. A pending or failed purchase does not unlock Plus. A paywall or purchase attempt does not save an unfinished outfit; return to your draft and choose Save when you are ready.

Restore Purchases uses the original store account to restore eligible subscription access. It does not restore photos. Apple and Google purchases do not automatically transfer between stores. For refunds or billing disputes, use the store's refund process; your statutory rights are unaffected.

Your applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms also apply. For the iOS app, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a custom EULA is separately adopted in App Store Connect. These product terms do not replace the applicable store license or remove mandatory consumer rights.

RevenueCat processes subscription records and paywall interactions to manage Plus and measure the offer. Wardrobe content is not uploaded to RevenueCat. Read Fitsake's Privacy Policy for details of local storage, optional sharing, purchase processing and support email.
